Stay Healthy Sis! There's Only One You. Watch your weight, sugar and sodium consumption.

Hydrate Sis! Remember your H2O, and exercise at least 30 minutes, three times a week. Be sure to check with your physician, prior to a workout regimen.

Consume fruit; blueberries, oranges, kumquats, grapefruit, bananas, pears, apples, kiwi, pomegranate and pineapple.

Don’t delay receiving a colonoscopy! It’s not as bad as you may imagine. The colonoscopy is a very important exam for your well-being.

National Wear Red Day and American Heart Month. Cardiovascular Awareness Is Very Imperative For Black Women.

As black women, we’re perceived as being strong. Generally we handle a lot and have endured even more. Black people have learned, that sometimes to succeed, we need to be better than our white counterparts. Black women are under a lot of stress. It’s important to seek help from a psychologist.
